US Commercial Real Estate Vacancies Rise, Bellevue Still On Top

According to Cushman & Wakefield, the national trend in the first quarter for commercial real estate has vacancies rising from 9.7 to 9.9 percent. The average US commercial rent increased to $37.69 by the end of the 1st quarter.

Bellevue, again, has continued to lead the pack with the lowest vacancy rate in the country.

1. Bellevue - 5.7%
2. New York - 6.1%
3. Washington D.C. - 7.3%
4. Boston - 7.4%

That is so great to see Bellevue on top of some of these great cities within our country. I wonder if it will last when city center building is complete.
