In my humble opinion, it is important to note that these are "projections" - which can also be translated into "guesses".
What are real estate prices looking like in Issaqua? I remember a few years back people were rushing to buy property there because of potential MS expansion.
they are still high, but just because it's closer than Maple Valley...
where are those Boeing employees at?
Boeing has a big office in Eastgate, I'm not sure if that accounts for all of them, but I'm sure it accounts for a very large part.
I wonder why they left out Bellevue School District which easily has 2,100 employees... and I'm sure the City of Bellevue has a ton too!
